Job Objective

The Cloud Systems & Services division is tasked with managing vendor procurement, credit oversight, and billing procedures for designated suppliers. This encompasses providing shared services through TD SYNNEX's proprietary Shared Service Center, which is outsourced to service partners.

The division collaborates with all business unit leaders and key partners within TD SYNNEX to formulate effective strategies, aiming to deliver top-tier systems and operations that yield significant impact and synergy across Europe.

Additionally, the team is responsible for implementing Cloud procurement, invoicing, and business health solutions across all TD SYNNEX entities in Europe (21 countries and beyond). The team will work closely with business unit leaders and their key partners to develop effective strategies and strive for excellence in systems with substantial impact and synergy throughout Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate business requirements alongside vendors, TD stakeholders, and cloud team members. Facilitate and lead Cloud project execution within the organization as necessary. Projects will vary widely. Plan, track, and report on project progress. Document all processes in collaboration with the offshore team. Develop, maintain, and enhance billing and cost optimization tools (Excel environment). Define, implement, and refine Sales Order Management operations to support TD Cloud Business across Europe. Define, implement, and refine Purchase Order Management operations to support TD Cloud Business across Europe. Maintain ongoing communication with vendors and TD stakeholders. Collaborate with the outsourced Order-to-Cash team.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
To excel in this role, an individual must effectively perform each essential duty. The qualifications listed below are indicative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required.

Strong understanding of E-commerce principles. Proficient in SAP transactions related to Order-to-Cash processes. Solid numerical and statistical acumen. Advanced proficiency in MSFT Excel. Strategic and analytical thinking abilities. Innovative and creative problem-solving mindset. Capable of working autonomously and taking ownership of responsibilities. Comfortable operating within an international, results-oriented project environment. Ability to perform constructively under pressure and in a multitasking setting. Familiarity with the IT Software / Services / SaaS sector is advantageous. Experience with Software Licensing and Cloud management sales tools is a definite plus. IT Channel experience, preferably with TD, IM, other Pan-European distributors, or software vendors is beneficial. A degree in Engineering, Economics, or Business is preferred.
