Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Intern to join our team in Hong Kong. As a Housekeeping Intern, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and common areas.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain rooms and common areas neat and clean, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
- Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to schedules and standards.
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
- Deal with reasonable complaints and requests in a professional and patient manner.
- Maintain personal hygiene, cleanliness, and professional appearance while on duty.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and protocols.
- Perform other related duties in the housekeeping department as required.
