Housekeeping Internship Details
Host: A 4-Star Hotel in Hong Kong
Department: Housekeeping
Program: Hospitality & Business Internship
Duration: 6 months

Responsibilities
• Maintain cleanliness of rooms and common areas, ensuring they meet standards and schedules.
• Greet guests warmly and deliver high levels of customer service while handling complaints and requests professionally.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations, and maintain personal hygiene and a professional appearance.
• Inspect rooms to ensure they meet hotel standards.
