About the Role

Future Fibres Rigging Systems is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and managing customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage a variety of projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors to execute projects flawlessly.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and escalating issues as needed.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Engineering experience in production, design, or a technical field, or working experience in project management in a technical sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Working knowledge of CAD and experience with composite manufacturing.
  • Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and maintain relationships in varying circumstances.
  • Independent, proactive, and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance short-term needs with longer-term project planning.
