pAt Intrum, we're looking for a skilled IT Core Banking Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading a team of technology professionals in the development, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions for Secured Loans leveraging Temenos' Core Banking./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliLead a team of technology professionals in the design, development, testing, deployment, and support of software solutions for Secured Loans./liliOversee the execution of project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards./liliTake on the role of technology owner for the applications within the Secured Loans area, managing technical associated risks and working with business owners and other stakeholders./liliReview the development backlog, liaising with the Functional/Business teams to ensure user stories are completed, technically feasible, and ready for development./liliHave a deep understanding of the overall Core Banking implementation, as well as the Architecture and Cloud setup, to effectively coordinate with other teams./liliAddress technical challenges and blockers promptly, working with the team to find appropriate solutions./liliServe as a liaison between technical teams and other stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, risks, and dependencies./liliDrive code reviews and provide feedback to ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability, keeping in mind information security standards./liliAct as Scrum Master to facilitate collaboration with product ownership to define project requirements and priorities./liliFoster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting open communication and constructive feedback./liliProvide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development./liliDrive process improvements and best practices in software development methodologies, tools, and techniques./li/ulpbRequirements:/b/pulliBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field./liliProven experience with Temenos' software development (5+ years), with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role preferably in an agile environment./liliT24/Transact knowledge, including TDH, Cloud serviced Transact, AA, Payments, Core, Multicompany, integration framework, and interaction framework./liliVery good knowledge of software development life-cycle, deep understanding of software development principles, tools, practices, and methodologies./liliKnowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and deployment automation./liliExperience with cloud computing platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud./liliDemonstrated ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment./liliStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members in a matrix-like environment./liliStrong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering practical solutions to complex technical challenges./liliGood working knowledge or project tools, such as Jira and Confluence./liliGreat interpersonal skills with a lot of proactivity, taking action and leading by example./liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders./liliLanguage: Full English proficiency is mandatory (Verbal & Written)./li/ulpbAbout Intrum:/b/ppIntrum is the industry-leading provider of credit management services across 20 markets in Europe.
