We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Analyst II to join our Customer Trust team at Datadog. As a key member of our security organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our customers' data.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with the sales organization to address customer security needs, including responding to security questionnaires and customer calls.
- Collaborate with the legal organization during customer contract negotiations to review security terms.
- Assist with improving and maintaining Datadog's customer-facing security page.
- Work closely with a 10-person team to analyze customer security requirements and roadmaps, and help steer security features for Datadog.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Information Systems Management, or Computer Science, or equivalent experience in compliance, information security policy, information security operations, and/or information security consulting.
- Experience with one or more compliance frameworks, such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
- Knowledge of sales processes, sales reporting, and the general nature of sales.
- Understanding of the current privacy landscape and regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize technical information and translate it into higher-level responses.
- Meticulous attention to detail, with a focus on correctness and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and high-priority projects.
