Job Opportunity: International Legal Assistant W/M
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Legal Assistant W/M to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our legal department, ensuring the smooth operation of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Legal Support: Provide administrative support to our legal team, including drafting, validating, and managing HR and commercial agreements.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct rigorous research on legal topics and provide support to our legal team as needed.
- Immigration and Mobility: Monitor all aspects of immigration and international mobility, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Policies and Procedures: Assist in the creation of legal, compliance, and GDPR policies, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective.
- Process Improvement: Support the implementation of new processes and tools to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Personality: A driving force, persevering, with a strong desire to participate in an ambitious entrepreneurial project, with a passionate and motivated team.
- Winning Spirit: Someone with a winning spirit, who wants to work in a dynamic and demanding international environment.

- Education: Ideally this is a gap-year internship or a final study internship.
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English and Spanish. French or German are a plus.
