Key Responsibilities:- Run and coordinate monthly payroll processes for EMEA countries with support from local payroll providers.
- Manage salary, holiday accrual, commissions, incentives, equity, health and income protection, and pensions.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to define, design, and implement system, process, and reporting enhancements to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Serve as a primary contact for all EMEA employees and third-party service providers regarding payroll inquiries and local taxation requirements and changes.
- Work closely with Finance & Accounting teams to ensure alignment and accuracy in payroll-related matters.
Preferred qualifications include knowledge of EMEA payroll regulations, strong communication skills, and analytical skills to identify and implement system and process improvements.
