About the Role

As a Solutions Architect at Mygwork, you will be part of a team that is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including public sector. You will be working closely with our partners to understand their business needs and provide them with innovative solutions using Amazon Web Services (AWS) technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud-based solutions for our customers in the Caribbean and Central America region.
  • Work closely with our sales team to understand customer needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest AWS technologies and services, and provide training and support to our customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with our global support team to ensure seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in cloud computing, software development, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics.
  • 2+ years of experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Spanish, in technical and business settings (verbal and written).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries.
  • Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the cloud.
  • Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective.
  • AWS Solution Architecture certification or relevant expertise.
