Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales programs to exceed sales targets and drive profitable customer acquisitions, cross-selling opportunities, and churn prevention.
- Manage sales programs end-to-end, including automated lead generation, pipeline management, forecasting, and customer acquisitions.
- Leverage Microsoft funding opportunities to support sales efforts and collaborate with internal teams to generate demand among existing and new customers.
- Monitor performance and results on a short- and mid-term basis, integrating Microsoft programs to accelerate growth and maximize sales impact.
- Provide regular reporting and communication to the Regional Microsoft Alliance Lead and support business reviews with Microsoft teams.
- Assist in building market reputation by developing and maintaining public success stories and other public materials.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales program management.
- Key skills: experience with sales program management, proficiency in handling projects in a multicultural environment, expertise in sales and marketing strategy development, strong execution skills, solution portfolio management, and Microsoft program integration.
