Job Description

We're seeking an experienced FX trader to join our Central Desk team, responsible for managing the order book, quoting cash prices, and executing market orders and derivative trades. As a key member of our Treasury team, you'll collaborate with dealing, product, and treasury teams to develop new opportunities and capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the order book effectively, ensuring optimal risk management and profitability.
  • Develop strong relationships with our banks and brokers, negotiating favorable FX solutions.
  • Collaborate with the dealing floor to provide best-in-class FX pricing alternatives.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for pricing issues and incidents arising from hedging relationships.
  • Generate detailed reports on profit and loss (P&L) related to these relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience as an FX trader or in dealing support execution roles in a fintech or bank environment.
  • Education in economics or a quantitative degree, with CFA and similar qualifications valued.
  • Strong communication skills, ability to build and leverage cross-functional relationships.
  • High level of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and high level of English language proficiency.
