About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Talent Search People - Native Speakers. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for executing effective prospecting efforts to maximize coverage of defined accounts through outbound and inbound activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute effective prospecting efforts to maximize coverage of defined accounts through outbound and inbound activities.
  • Generate, qualify, nurture and handover leads and opportunities.
  • Regularly review lead pipeline and progression; proactively give qualitative feedback on campaigns.
Requirements
  • Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of business experience, preferably in B2B relationship.
  • Experience in the management and execution of outbound/inbound activities.
  • Proven sales drive.
  • Good IT / preferably business software knowledge and understanding of SAP solutions.
  • Understanding of business challenges facing a defined industry and line of business context.
  • Strong facility with teamwork and an ability to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English (Level C2) and Danish (Level C2).
