Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our PV plant projects in the Iberia region. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating with resources assigned to the projects to ensure timely completion and achievement of milestones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with procurement, HSE, technical, permitting, and other resources to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor EPC contracts for schedule, cost, and scope compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with EPC contract annexes to meet milestones requirements.
  • Coordinate with local authorities to obtain necessary permits.
  • Report progress to stakeholders.
  • Lead weekly and monthly meetings with EPC contractor, Owner's Engineer, HSE responsible, and other project stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience in PV plants and grid connection facilities.
  • Microsoft Office package skills (Word, Excel, MS Project) are essential.
  • PVsyst and AUTOCAD skills are a plus.
  • English and Spanish language proficiency; French is a plus.
  • Strong team spirit, problem-solving, and communication skills.
