About the Role

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for leading a group of skilled technicians to ensure the efficient and safe operation of our uranium mine at Cigar Lake. Reporting to the General Supervisor, Maintenance, you will be responsible for sustainably maximizing the use of assets and making improvements where possible

Key Responsibilities


  • Work collaboratively with the team to identify and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and protocols
  • Coach and develop team members to enhance their problem-solving skills
  • Work in a surface and underground environment


Requirements


  • Valid Saskatchewan or interprovincial journeyperson certification
  • 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Ability to obtain Saskatchewan supervisory certificate
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills


Preferred Qualifications


  • First aid certification
  • Previous experience using SAP, SIGGA, and Bentley
