About Us:

Key Lake, located in northern Saskatchewan, is the world's largest high-grade uranium mill.

The uranium milled at Key Lake is used for nuclear fuel products, which utilities around the world rely on to generate safe, reliable, emissions-free nuclear power.

Cameco is one of the largest global providers of the uranium fuel needed to energize a clean-air world.

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join the maintenance team at Key Lake.

You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and be responsible for:

Performing predictive and preventative maintenance checks on a regular basis to ensure safe and reliable production.

Completing repairs and overhauls on equipment such as pumps, compressors, SAG and ball mills, hydraulic systems and piping systems on surface as well as performing basic welding, as required.

Troubleshooting equipment failures and document repairs.

Required:

Valid Saskatchewan or inter-provincial Journeyperson Industrial Mechanic ticket.

Three to five years of industrial experience.

Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

Team player with good communication skills.

Excellent safety record.

Work a rotational schedule (including night shift) and commute to site by aircraft.

Recommended:

Previous Mill Maintenance experience.

Familiarity with computerized maintenance tracking using SAP.
