Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an E-Commerce Business Strategist to join our Client Experience leadership team. As a subject matter expert, you will be responsible for identifying trends across our client base and deriving insights to inform our strategic framework. You will engage with clients in pre-sales and post-sales, maintaining and nurturing relationships to drive business growth.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with e-commerce clients and internal teams, fostering trust and collaboration.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify trends across our client base and derive insights to inform our strategic framework.
  • Business Development: Engage with clients in pre-sales and post-sales, driving business growth and development.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and empower our CX Managers to succeed, ensuring they are equipped to meet our clients' commitments.
