About the Role
As a Corporate Risk Management Solutions Developer, you will be responsible for proposing system solutions based on high-level business requirements. You will work closely with internal teams to define functional specifications of the solution and create designs that meet their needs while maintaining standard and integrated processes and tools.
Main Responsibilities
* Automated Solution Identification: Propose potential solutions to Business-related GRC processes.
* Functional Design: Collect and review detailed business specifications for GRC functions and define functional specifications of the solution using standard solutions whenever possible.
* Solution Construction, Delivery, Maintenance, and Support: Prepare technical requirements and support the development team during software implementation.
* Release Management: Identify and analyze potential improvements for each release and ensure a smooth implementation of SaaS releases.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. You should also have proven knowledge of Archer IRM in an admin role and experience implementing Archer IRM solution across multiple functional modules.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to propose system solutions and enhancements, excellent communication skills to collect business specifications and provide documentation, and experience in managing timelines and ensuring accuracy and agility in development cycles.
