We are seeking a highly skilled Senior iOS Engineer to join our Design System team at Back Market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving a robust design system for our iOS app.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop a scalable and maintainable design system for our iOS app
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of design and engineering
- Develop and maintain automation tools to streamline design system delivery and maintenance
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal users on design system adoption and best practices
- Contribute to the development of a joint vision with the iOS Chapter on technological choices and tooling
- Proficiency in Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and iOS libraries or native APIs distributed via Swift Package Manager
- Experience in addressing Design System challenges or significant contributions to Design Systems, advanced UI components, and animations
- Knowledge in areas such as accessibility, iOS performance, QA, code generation, and code analysis
- Comfortability with APIs, CI environments, and cloud platforms, with the ability to establish seamless connections with code repositories
- Passion for coaching and mentoring team members, fostering growth regardless of seniority, while maintaining a humble and learning-oriented approach
