Job Title: SAP Cloud Specialist

Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a highly skilled SAP Cloud Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our SAP Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement to ensure top-notch performance for all SAP systems in the landscape.
  • Expand current SAP solutions for scale, resiliency, and maintainability by leveraging cloud functionality.
  • Architect new SAP Cloud solutions and integrate them with existing on-premise and cloud systems.
  • Work closely with engineering teams and program management to execute RHG 5YP strategy planning in accordance with SAP migrations and Cloud improvement matters.
  • Ensure the project is delivered as per the terms in the contract: quality, schedule, and cost.
Requirements:
  • Excellent SAP BASIS, SAP Technical Architect, business development, infrastructure, and cloud experience.
  • Experience and deep knowledge of SAP Basis / NetWeaver Administration.
  • Experience and deep knowledge of SAP system migration or upgrades.
  • Highly technical and analytical, possessing 10+ years of IT consulting experience as a technical specialist in enterprise customer or partner.
  • Hands-on experience with scripting and/or SW development skills using modern programming languages such as Go, Javascript, Python, Ruby, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Broad knowledge of the entire SAP platform stack.
  • Deep experience with SAP HANA.
  • Experience with SAP PO, SAP BO.
  • Experience with SAP ASE databases.
  • Previous experience with Cloud and architecting SAP solutions on Cloud.
Travel Requirements:

Up to 30%, primarily to Brussels.

Soft Skills:
  • Very good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Passion for customer service, efficiency, effectiveness, and quality.
  • Good team player, willingness to assist others and share expertise.
  • Highly influential, leadership, communication at least at director level, efficiency, sociability.
Education:
