Key Responsibilities- Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the installation and commissioning of our power generation systems.
- Customer Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Diagnostic and Repair: Diagnose and repair complex issues with our power generation systems at customer sites.
- Preventative Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance activities to ensure the optimal performance of our power generation systems.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of service activities, including service worksheets, timesheets, and warranty claims.
- Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to junior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Vocational Diploma: Hold a vocational diploma from a relevant technical institution.
- Apprenticeship: Possess an apprenticeship certification in power generation or electrical engineering.
- Field Service Experience: Have significant experience in field service work, preferably in the power generation industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Possess expert-level knowledge of power generation products and systems.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, with intermediate to high-level proficiency.
