About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with Oracle, a leading ERP software provider, as a NetSuite Consulting Solution Principal. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for partnering with our Product Sales and Pre-Sales teams to validate customer requirements and develop solutions.

You will manage and prioritize Professional Services opportunities, working closely with Practice Vertical Leads, Practice Directors, and Practice Managers to determine the best approach to Professional Service offerings. Your expertise will be essential in creating value propositions and developing cost estimates for consulting efforts.

As a seasoned professional, you will maintain Professional Services Engagement Record updates within our internal sales force automation system, manage and prioritize requests from both Account Management and Direct teams, and develop and deliver high-impact Professional Services Value Propositions.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner with Product Sales and Pre-Sales teams to validate customer requirements and develop solutions.
  2. Manage and prioritize Professional Services opportunities.
  3. Work with Practice Vertical Leads, Practice Directors, and Practice Managers to determine the best approach to Professional Service offerings.
  4. Create value propositions and develop cost estimates for consulting efforts.
  5. Maintain Professional Services Engagement Record updates within our internal sales force automation system.
  6. Manage and prioritize requests from both Account Management and Direct teams.
  7. Develop and deliver high-impact Professional Services Value Propositions.
Requirements
  1. ERP platform solution experience.
  2. ERP implementation lifecycle experience, ideally in a consulting capacity.
  3. 3+ years of experience in systems applications consultancy with a consulting firm or software provider.
  4. Experience working with sales teams, either in a pre-sales or direct sales role.
  5. Strong customer relationship acumen and experienced consulting skills.
  6. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
  7. Demonstrable experience in translating customer business requirements into workable world-class business solutions.
  8. Services Delivery Cost Estimation and Statement of Work (SOW) preparation and presentation experience is a plus.
  9. Full cycle implementation experience of CRM, ERP, and eCommerce applications is a plus.
  10. Fluency in German is required.
