Job Title: Mechanical Technician

Vèringer Engineering is committed to innovation and sustainability. We're seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team for a cutting-edge scientific project focused on nuclear fusion power generation for the International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor (ITER).

Responsibilities:
  • Receive instructions and work packages from the team leader.
  • Execute tasks with varying levels of supervision, depending on the technical complexity.
  • Study and analyze work packages to achieve quality and timeliness.
  • Prepare jobs before execution and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Clean and maintain equipment and tools.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience in heavy boilermaking work.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
  • Maintenance of equipment and tools.
  • Knowledge of applicable standards and codes.
Qualifications:
  • Crane operator certification.
  • Ability to work at height.
  • Experience working in confined spaces.
  • Strong communication skills.
