Customer Support Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Advisor to join our team at Grupo Crit. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international travelers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:- Listen, respond, and mediate between customers and suppliers
- Clarify inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements
- Provide accurate information and follow established processes
- Work with a team to ensure a high level of customer service
- 39h/week contract with fixed working hours
- Two weekends off per month and two days off in the middle of the week
- Relocation package, including flight tickets and accommodation for the first month
