Job Title: Customer Support Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Advisor to join our team at Grupo Crit. As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our international travelers and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Listen, respond, and mediate between customers and suppliers
  • Clarify inquiries about service, payment, and technical requirements
  • Provide accurate information and follow established processes
  • Work with a team to ensure a high level of customer service

  • 39h/week contract with fixed working hours
  • Two weekends off per month and two days off in the middle of the week

Requirements:
  • Danish native and good level of English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive
  • Affinity with travel platforms
  • Experience in customer service or call centre environments
