About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team at Administratief werk in de logistiek vind je via L&P. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Documentation Management: Create and archive project-related documentation in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all necessary information is readily available.
  2. Customer Satisfaction: Conduct satisfaction surveys with customers upon project closure, following instructions from our Project Manager.
  3. Financial Administration: Process invoices for project milestones in accordance with our financial procedures, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
  4. Logistics Coordination: Manage the logistics process from material availability to delivery, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and customer requirements.
  5. Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  6. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and propose changes to optimize our internal procedures.
  7. Support to Project Manager: Provide administrative support to our Project Manager during the project lifecycle, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Requirements
  1. Education: Ideally, a degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field, but other studies will be considered.
  2. Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the industrial sector, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  3. Language Skills: Good level of English (B2) is essential for this position.
  4. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and ideally experience using SAP.
  5. Location: Resident in Vitoria or nearby areas.
