Sommelier - Wine Connoisseur

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sommelier to join our team at 7Pines Resort Ibiza. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional wine service to our guests.

• Advise guests on wine selection and provide expert knowledge on our wine offerings.
• Ensure that all wine service standards are met, including presentation, temperature, and pairing recommendations.
• Work closely with our culinary team to develop wine pairing menus and promotions.
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of our wine list and be able to make recommendations to guests.
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guests feel welcome and valued.
• Collaborate with our sales team to promote wine sales and increase revenue.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in wine and hospitality.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Sommelier in a 5-star/luxury hotel or restaurant.
• Excellent knowledge of wine and wine service standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
• European citizenship.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, with additional languages a plus.
