Sommelier | Wine Connoisseur

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sommelier to join our team at 7Pines Resort Ibiza. As a Sommelier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional wine service to our guests, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.

• Provide expert wine advice to customers, showcasing a thorough knowledge of our wine offerings.
• Deliver exceptional service to customers in our assigned outlet, adhering to our high standards and values.
• Maximize sales and customer satisfaction through effective communication and product knowledge.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and hygiene standards.
• Perform closing and opening duties according to our service standards.

• Knowledge or training as a Sommelier or similar.
• European citizenship.
• Highly service-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge and experience in 5-star/luxury hotels (1-2 years).
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously.
• Dynamic and innovative mindset.
