Job Summary:

As the Deputy Legal Counsel for the LausGroup Of Companies, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's legal affairs are handled with the utmost care and professionalism. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the Deputy of the Legal Counsel, handling the preparation and filing of all cases, whether criminal or civil, pertaining to any unit or company belonging to the LausGroup.

Key Responsibilities:

* Examine all legal documents prepared by any officer to determine correctness and completeness.
* Review and evaluate all contracts and memoranda of agreement before any authorized signatory is asked to sign.
* Prepare contracts, memoranda of agreement, and board resolutions whenever necessary.
* Handle foreclosure proceedings in appropriate cases.
* Represent the company for any legal matters, such as BIR, CTA, SEC, DOLE, NLRC, etc.
* Render professional written and oral legal advice on matters that may affect the company.

Requirements:

* Member of the Philippine Bar
* Ability to present oral material and communicate in writing in a fluent and logical manner
* Ability to provide legal advice on a broad range of legal issues
* At least 3 years of relevant working experience
* Preferably possesses a valid non-professional driver's license

Education:

* Bachelor's (Preferred)

License/Certification:

* Driver's License (Preferred)
* Philippine BAR license (Preferred)

Relocation:

* Ability to commute/relocate: San Fernando, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
