Job Title: Deputy Legal Counsel

Lausgroup Of Companies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Legal Counsel to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Legal Counsel in preparing and filing cases related to the company's operations.
  • Review and evaluate legal documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide legal advice on a broad range of issues, including corporate law, contracts, and litigation.
  • Represent the company in legal matters, such as court proceedings and negotiations.
  • Develop and implement legal strategies to minimize risks and maximize opportunities for the company.
Requirements:
  • Member of the Philippine Bar
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
