Key Responsibilities
- Manage on-site installation and commissioning activities, aligning priorities and activities with customers and project managers to deliver high-quality installations within time and budget.
- Lead and manage a team on-site, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project execution.
- Collaborate with partners and customers to represent the company and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Practical experience in Electronics/Mechatronics and an intermediate vocational education degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Experience as a site manager or willingness to grow to an experienced site manager.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Good problem-solving skills for technical issues.
- Ability to work independently and with precision.
- Capability to set priorities and approach tasks in a goal-oriented manner.
- Good knowledge of English (German language skills are a significant advantage).
- High motivation and dedication to deliver the project in time and within budget.
