About the Role

As a key lead for Data Solution delivery, you will be responsible for driving the design, development, and deployment of DnA products and services. This will involve incubating and adopting emerging DnA technologies, launching and delivering products and services faster through rapid prototyping and iterative methods. You will also focus on abstraction of DnA patterns and drive enterprise-wide scalability, reusability, and sustainability of platforms and services.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of DnA products and services
  • Incubate and adopt emerging DnA technologies
  • Launch and deliver products and services faster through rapid prototyping and iterative methods
  • Focus on abstraction of DnA patterns and drive enterprise-wide scalability, reusability, and sustainability of platforms and services
  • Establish and update strategies, implementation plans, and value cases to implement emerging technologies
  • Drive DnA innovation using appropriate people, processes, partners, and tools
  • Identify and develop DnA capabilities and ecosystem partnerships in alignment with Digital strategy and in support of Enterprise architecture and Integration
Requirements
  • Solid understanding of Analytical and technical frameworks for descriptive and prescriptive analytics
  • Strong familiarity with AWS, Databricks, and Snowflake service offerings
  • Production experience delivering data lake projects, including data acquisition, quality, transformation, and publishing
  • Awareness of Data product change Management and risk mitigation
  • Monitoring and improving data product service delivery offerings
  • Strong collaborative interactions with customer-facing business teams
  • Data product-centric approach to defining solutions
  • Collaborate with business in gathering requirements, grooming product backlogs, driving delivery, and ongoing data product enhancements
  • Agile delivery experience managing multiple concurrent delivery cycles
  • Solid foundation in Analytical Data life cycle management
