Job Title: German Digital Advertising Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced German Digital Advertising Specialist to join our team at Cross Border Talents. As a specialist advisor for German companies, you will focus on optimizing online advertising campaigns and collaborating closely with clients to enhance their digital marketing efforts.

Job Description:

As a German Digital Advertising Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective online advertising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness
  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business goals and objectives and developing tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Conducting market research and analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Managing and optimizing online advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads and social media
  • Providing regular reporting and analysis to clients on the performance of their campaigns
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Native-level proficiency in German
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in digital advertising and PPC campaigns
  • 6 months to 1 year of outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
  • Passion for marketing, technology, and digital innovation
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to industry trends
