Job Summary

We are seeking an HRBP Junior to join our team at Schneider Electric. As an HRBP Junior, you will play a key role in supporting the business by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR strategies that drive business results and support the company's goals.
  • Contribute to the development of organizational designs that align with business objectives and ensure the effective deployment of resources.
  • Manage the People aspect of the SPS (Talent, Performance & Competency Management, Engagement, Diversity and Inclusion) to drive business outcomes.
  • Coordinate with site leaders to ensure the effective deployment of resources and business needs.
  • Lead the implementation of change management processes to drive business transformation.
  • Ensure that HR processes and programs are aligned with company values and are effectively executed.
  • Contribute to people development initiatives that support key talents and individual cases.
  • Drive Learning and Development initiatives at site level to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Manage labor relations and legal aspects for the entity to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Contribute to occupational health initiatives to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HR data and information systems.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a HR Generalist.
  • Bachelor or master's degree.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and matrix environment.
  • Excellent partnering skills with line and unit managers.
  • Customer orientation and ability to lead and influence change.
  • Native Spanish and excellent level of English.
