HRBP Junior

Key Responsibilities:

As an HRBP Junior, you will be responsible for proposing efficient HR solutions that meet the business challenges and guarantee the application of Group HR policies. You will work in constant partnership with your business leader to design organizations that suit business challenges, manage the People aspect of the SPS, and coordinate resources and business needs within the framework of the organization.

What Skills and Capabilities Will Make You Successful?

You will need 1-3 years of experience as a HR Generalist, a Bachelor or Master's degree, and the ability to partner with line and unit managers. You should be a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and matrix environment, have native Spanish and excellent English skills, and be able to lead and influence change.
