We are a truly global organization, present in over 80 countries with 5,000 points of sale, including more than 400 company-owned stores. Our Diesel Store in Malaga McArthurGlen Outlet is seeking an experienced and motivated Part-Time Client Advisor (30H).
About the Role
We are looking for a caring, authentic, and passionate Client Advisor who is an intuitive sales associate with a passion for style. As a powerful communicator, you will handle clients with personal care and empathy, putting the client at the center of every decision.
Key Responsibilities
- Act and think first of the client and their experience, with an in-depth knowledge of the desires, needs, and expectations of clients.
- Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Be a master at storytelling and at the art of asking engaging questions.
- Create a long-term authentic bond with clients by making them feel the experience is truly about them.
- Deal effectively with customer complaints by liaising with the line manager when necessary.
- Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, driving individual and team objectives, and being accountable for sales results.
- Be proactively engaged in cross-selling with all Departments and maximize sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Prove brand and product knowledge.
- Manage payment operations, including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free transactions, in a punctual and accurate manner.
- Ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display to a high standard, complying with Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
- Contribute to ensuring a high level of security and be attentive to prevent product thefts, including tagging garments and merchandise on the floor.
- Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways, staying up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.
- Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
- Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience for the client to achieve the best sales performance.
Key Requirements
- Previous experience in sales roles, with experience in structured Luxury Fashion/Retail companies being an asset.
- Passionate about Retail, Customer Service, and commercial mindset.
- Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to grow in the organization, with a willingness to relocate being a plus.
