Data and AI

We believe in leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a key driver for creating business value. AI has the power to transform our operations and enhance decision-making, but its true potential can only be realized with high-quality data. Data is the lifeblood of AI, fueling its ability to deliver innovative solutions and insights.

The Role

We are looking for a senior professional with proven experience in managing data in the context of AI programs. The successful candidate will report to the Global CDO and be responsible for:

  • Strategy: Align with the AI Program Manager to understand business AI-driven use cases, prioritize data needs, and coordinate data needs among stakeholders.
  • Use Case Delivery: Identify relevant data sources, identify data owners and stewards, facilitate sample data, grant data protection and privacy policies, and promote the use of standards and best practices.
  • Roll Out: Participate in the industrialization phase, define data needs, coordinate stakeholders and system integrators, and measure data value contribution.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strategic mindset to analyze business value.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading data teams in AI use cases.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Gen AI use cases.
  • Demonstrated experience understanding stakeholders' needs and aligning different visions and interests.
  • Proven capabilities to fully understand business needs and translate them into data technical needs.
  • Deep understanding of potential data security and privacy rules.
  • Strong technical acumen and deep knowledge of data & AI architectures on Azure.
  • Proven experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Skills to communicate to different levels in the organization.
  • High-level English (C2)/Native is a must.
