Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Talent Acquisition Professional, responsible for managing the talent acquisition process for our Moncada/Valencia Spain Plant. As a key member of our Human Resources team, you will play a critical role in designing, guiding, and delivering inspiring experiences for our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Plan and execute strategic talent acquisition projects and recruiting activities with accountability for successful completion within scope of significant project deliverables;">
  • Analyze relevant metrics, including market trends, hiring trends, and identify gaps; recommend solutions and provide direction and guidance;">
  • Manage and/or lead a small team within talent acquisition, developing team members to increase business acumen and functional skills while achieving higher levels of performance;">
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and hiring managers on search strategies and solutions, developing slates of candidates and ensuring finalization and completion of the hiring process;">
  • Establish key relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including assigned functional area;">
  • Responsible for maximizing the use of recruiting tools and technologies to streamline activities and remain at the forefront of talent acquisition;">
  • Research and recommend the use of other vendors and any other continuous improvement solutions that may improve the effectiveness of recruiting and/or sourcing activities;">
  • Responsible for the talent acquisition compliance processes, representing this functional area during internal and external audits as subject matter expert;">
  • Driving employer value and branding Propositions initiatives, and participating/driving in talent acquisition and cross-functional related projects;">
  • Interface with external experts to understand the market and emerging tools, trends and opportunities in order to recommend talent acquisition solutions.">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field;">
  • 8 years' experience of related talent acquisition experience;">
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.">
