About the Role:

Nordex Group is seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with expertise in Angular to join our SCADA/IIoT software development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and further developing our IIoT-based SCADA solution with a focus on Angular in an industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and development of our IIoT-based SCADA solution with a focus on Angular.
  • Performing code reviews and knowledge sharing with the team.
  • Ensuring the functionality and quality of the software through unit and integration testing as well as end-to-end testing.
  • Support in build automation (Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
  • Creation of related software documentation.
  • Working in an agile work environment in a scrum team in an international environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in computer science, media informatics, or a comparable qualification in interface, web, or screen design and web development.
  • Many years of practical experience in developing web applications with Angular 8+ and related architectures (MVC, MVMC) as well as RxJS.
  • Confident in Responsive Web Design and microservices and experience in their application.
  • Experience in programming REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of Selenium and DevOps technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
  • Strong initiative and hands-on mentality.
  • Good knowledge of English, knowledge of Spanish and/or German would be an advantage.
  • Minimum work experience of 3-5 years in a similar position.
  • Availability to travel.
