About the Role:
Nordex Group is seeking a skilled Frontend Developer to join our SCADA/IIoT software development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and developing our IIoT-based SCADA solution using Angular in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop our IIoT-based SCADA solution with a focus on Angular.
- Perform code reviews and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
- Ensure the functionality and quality of the software through unit and integration testing, as well as end-to-end testing.
- Support build automation using Azure DevOps and Jenkins.
- Create related software documentation.
- Work in an agile environment within a scrum team in an international setting.
Requirements:
- Degree in computer science, media informatics, or a comparable qualification in interface, web, or screen design and web development.
- Many years of practical experience in developing web applications with Angular 8+ and related architectures (MVC, MVMC) as well as RxJS.
- Confidence in Responsive Web Design and microservices, with experience in their application.
- Experience in programming REST APIs.
- Knowledge of Selenium and DevOps technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong initiative and hands-on mentality.
- Good knowledge of English, with knowledge of Spanish and/or German being an advantage.
- Minimum work experience of 3-5 years in a similar position.
- Availability to travel.
