Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on rolling stock, including daily checks and maintenance activities.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues with rolling stock, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Implement corrective actions to prevent future issues and ensure the safe operation of rolling stock.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the effective implementation of maintenance safety standards.
- Ensure the execution of health check procedures before vehicles are put into service.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of railway equipment and environment.
- Testing and fault-finding skills.
- Incident/accident investigation skills.
- Maintenance skills.
- Organizational effectiveness skills.
- Railway systems technologies: pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, HVAC, electronic, and control systems.
- Use of maintenance tools.
- Railway safety rules and regulations.
Desired Skills:
- Fluent Spanish.
- Knowledge of English and/or Italian.
