Sales Development Representative with Dutch

At Babel Profiles, we are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona. This role is an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about reaching out to people, presenting services and products, and taking ownership of their tasks.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly motivated individual with at least 6 months of experience in the first part of the sales cycle (B2B sales is highly valued). The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in pursuing a career in sales, possess great interpersonal and communication skills, and be proactive in identifying and qualifying sales opportunities.
Main Responsibilities- Prospecting and Qualifying: Identify and qualify sales opportunities by effectively profiling strategic accounts and contacts.
- Engagement and Communication: Engage prospects through personalized communication via LinkedIn, emails, and cold calls to secure conversations and uncover critical business needs.
- Ownership and Responsibility: Take ownership and responsibility for individual tasks and targets, ensuring overall success in meeting sales quotas.
- Collaboration and Teamwork: Work independently and collaboratively with various teams to ensure a consistent and effective speed-to-lead process.
- Experience: At least 6 months of experience doing the first part of the sales cycle (B2B sales is highly valued).
- Sales Background: SaaS and Payroll sales are a big plus.
- Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive attitude, eagerness to take ownership, and make a real impact.
- Communication Skills: Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Career Ambition: Strong interest in pursuing a career in sales.
- Problem-Solving: Problem-solving and time management abilities.
- Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce).
- Contract Type: Permanent contract.
- Salary: €25,000 - €35,000 per annum.
