The HR Generalist Role

We're seeking an HR Generalist to join our team, providing support across the full HR lifecycle. As a key driver in fostering a positive and inclusive work environment, you'll contribute to high levels of employee engagement and productivity.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  2. Stay up-to-date on employee legislation and requirements of relevant CBA(s), ensuring HR policies/practices are in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  3. Manage employee benefits programmes, including health insurance.
  4. Assist with payroll reporting and managing changes on our HRMS platform - Bamboo HR.
  5. Respond to HR tickets raised via SM Assist by employees in or relevant to your region.
  6. Act as the main contact for any office-related concerns and liaise with the office provider as appropriate.
  7. Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met and protocols are in place.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with:Fluent Spanish and English language skills.Work experience as a HR Advisor, HR Generalist or similar role.Excellent knowledge of employment legislation.Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (HRMS).Experience creating and maintaining great employee experiences across the employee lifecycle.Knowledge of health and safety an advantage.
