Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Denmark. As an EBike Inside Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to bike dealers and end consumers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to bike dealers and end consumers via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to eBikes, including software and hardware problems
  • Make decisions on warranty claims in accordance with company guidelines
  • Document calls and cases in a CRM tool
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer relationships

Requirements

  • Fluency in Swedish (C2 level, Native or equivalent)
  • Fluency in English
  • Availability to work full-time (39 hours per week), Monday to Friday
  • Based in Barcelona, Spain
