To be successful in this role, you will need to manage and follow up on the Ontex SF reporting (C4C) and all reports from promotional partners.

  • You will also handle business administration processes, including sales plan coverage, incentives, and commissions for different regions.
  • Implementation, follow-up, and execution of all transfers coming from pharmacies/Cooperatives ensuring correct investment for each region.
  • Maintain effective communication with the Sales and Marketing team.
  • Set up, monitor, and analyze digital trade marketing and promotional campaigns in the field.
  • Be involved in all Sales Force Excellence initiatives in Spain.
Requirements:
  • University degree
  • Fluent English
  • Computer skills, especially Excel
  • SAP knowledge
  • New technologies
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Communication and presentation skills
