About the Role

At IBM, we're committed to building a better world through innovation and technology. As a Network Services Pre-Sales Engineer, you'll play a critical role in designing and architecting cutting-edge network solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and architect network solutions, including WAN, LAN, SDWAN, Security, Wireless, and Unified Communications.
  • Integrate Cisco solutions with other Cisco solutions, as required by project needs.
  • Provide research, problem-solving, technical support, and general maintenance of client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Experience in selling Network Services and Support solutions.
  • Cisco Certifications: CCNP, CCIE or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of all business sectors.
  • Demonstrated leadership in cold calling and winning new clients.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong written and verbal communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex/new situations, anticipate potential problems, assess opportunities, impacts, and risks in the development and implementation of solutions.
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Business Development / Hunting skills.
