About the Role:

As an Accounting Trainee, you will be part of our dynamic and multicultural General Ledger Team. We thrive on collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning in a supportive international work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Review and Processing: Ensure all invoices have appropriate documentation before payment.
  • Data Entry: Perform accurate and timely data entry for invoices and general ledger.
  • Vendor Account Reconciliation: Execute precise reconciliation of vendor accounts.
  • Vendor Account Management: Create and maintain vendor accounts efficiently.
  • Dispute Management: Track, query, and resolve any disputes effectively.
  • Month-End Closing Activities: Assist in closing activities to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Finance and Accounting Vocational qualification.
  • Technical Skills: Strong skills in Excel and SAP.
  • Data Entry: Ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
