About the RoleOur dynamic and multicultural General Ledger Team is seeking a motivated Accounting Trainee to join our team. We thrive on collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning in a supportive international work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and documentation.
- Perform precise data entry for invoices and general ledger.
- Execute vendor account reconciliations with attention to detail.
- Create and maintain vendor accounts efficiently.
- Track, query, and resolve disputes effectively.
- Assist in month-end closing activities to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Finance and Accounting Vocational qualification.
- Strong skills in Excel and SAP.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Keen eye for detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
