What We're Looking For

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Supply Planning Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, procurement, and inventory control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the needs of raw materials and packaging, taking into account production planning and key performance indicators.
  • Update key planning information, including delivery dates, lot sizes, and incidents.
  • Prepare orders for subcontractors, send materials necessary for manufacturing and packaging, and follow up on collection to ensure the availability of finished products.
  • Conduct medium- and long-term rough capacity planning and stock management.
  • Send rolling forecasts and anticipate future supply needs according to agreements with suppliers.
  • Detect and participate in the development of improvements to our supply chain processes.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in production environments.
  • Languages: High level of English and Spanish.
  • IT: SAP, EXCEL, Google Drive.
