Job Title: Lead SAP Consultant MDM

We are seeking a seasoned SAP MDM Consultant to join our team as a Chapter Lead and Product Manager for our SAP S/4HANA Fashion Management solution in the Master Data Management (Governance) domain.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Enabling and guiding the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs.
  • Maintaining recognized expert-level knowledge in domains and providing definitive and expert advice.
  • Orchestrating the development and design of the roadmap to the current S/4HANA Digital Core solution and supervising the delivery of planned solutions in integration with peripheral application systems.
  • Promoting Master Data Governance best-practice within the organization and supporting process and organization building to support the business model.
  • Supporting external environment and assessment of emerging technologies to evaluate potential impacts, threats, and opportunities to the organization.
  • Contributing to the development of lean solution architecture, reviewing and verifying software or data modeling design to ensure security and scalability aligns with evolving IT governance standards.
  • Managing stakeholders' expectations in terms of solution delivery, E2E process alignment, and technology stack development to support business queries and solution continuous improvement.
  • Natural people and resource management, invested in recruiting processes, allocating resources, and actively mentoring team members.

You will bring sound operational experience in SAP S/4HANA MDM with in-depth knowledge in core data objects, including Retail Article Master, Business Partner, Site, Seasons, Listing & Assortment, and any subsequent data distribution methods.

A very strong understanding of tech & business processes in the domain of SAP X-functional master data management is required.

Experience in SAP Retail or Fashion solutions, previous project experience in retail, e-commerce, or fashion industry is a plus.

Proven functional consulting experience with process-oriented mindsets is essential.
