Job Title: Lead SAP Consultant MDM

As Chapter Lead and Product Manager to BestSecret's SAP S/4 HANA Fashion Management solution in Master Data Management (Governance) domain, you will be responsible for enabling and guiding the design and development of integrated solutions that meet current and future business needs.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining expert-level knowledge in Master Data Management domains and providing definitive advice.
  • Orchestrating the development and design of the roadmap to the current S/4 HANA Digital Core solution and supervising the delivery of planned solutions.
  • Promoting Master Data Governance best-practice within the organization and supporting process and organization building to support the business model.
  • Supporting external environment and assessment of emerging technologies to evaluate potential impacts, threats, and opportunities to the organization.
  • Contributing to the development of lean solution architecture and reviewing software or data modelling design to ensure security and scalability alignment with evolving IT governance standards.
  • Managing stakeholders' expectations in terms of solution delivery, E2E process alignment, and technology stack development to support business queries and solution continuous improvement.
  • Recruiting, allocating resources, and actively mentoring team members.

You will bring sound operational experience in SAP S/4 HANA MDM with in-depth knowledge in core data objects, including Retail Article Master, Business Partner, Site, Seasons, Listing & Assortment, and any subsequent data distribution methods.

A strong understanding of tech & business processes in the domain of SAP X-functional master data management is essential. Experience in SAP Retail or Fashion solutions, particularly in retail, e-commerce, or fashion industry, is a plus.

Proven functional consulting experience with process-oriented mindsets and experience in product-led driven solutioning environments are highly valued.
