Job Title: IT Business Analyst, Financial Consolidation & Tax Reporting

Galderma is seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our team in Barcelona. As a key member of our Financial Performance Management Systems team, you will be responsible for connecting the business to our technical Oracle EPM - FCCS and TRCS environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and define scope for new projects and enhancements.
  • Plan and design solutions to meet business needs, working closely with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Design, propose, and implement new requirements and enhancements to our Oracle EPM solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to business users and IT teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and Galderma standards.
Requirements:
  • Strong professional experience in a similar position, including Accounting and Financial Reporting functions.
  • Experience with financial performance management applications/platforms, including Oracle EPM, specifically Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud (FCCS), Tax Reporting Cloud (TRCS), and Enterprise Data Management Cloud (EDMCS).
  • Ability to communicate with and influence finance business leaders/partners and super users.
  • Strong time and work management capabilities, prioritizing key business peaks.
